72- Dealing with Reduced Team Numbers as a result of COVID

A reduced team is probably going to become a fact of life during COVID, and possibly long after the virus has been dealt with.

So today’s podcast asks the question, how do you function and lead worship when so many of your team have fallen away. This is particularly important in a smaller church with a smaller worship team, but may apply right across the board.

BUT  a Reduced Team can Work in Your Favour!

Yes, believe it or not, your team can function differently but in a way that deepens worship if you have reduced team numbers.  In this podcast, we discuss ways you can operate, and even shine, despite having less people in your team.

And it can be done, and done well.  At our church, we have fewer people in the team but our worship has definitely gone up a notch since we have cautiously returned from the COVID break.  There are rules, we need to obey the rules, but even if they strip things right down to bare minimum, as worship leaders we can still lead powerful and effective worship!

So if you are facing this situation, then listen to today’s podcast and gain insight, plus a couple of helpful and innovative ideas, on how you can really reach a new and exciting level of worship, even with a few team members instead of the whole entourage.

But this can actually be an advantage! People are struggling and striving for intimacy, and having fewer numbers can help with intimacy in worship.  So yes, sometimes a reduced tram can actually be an ADVANTAGE!

So check it out now and get prepared for the future today.
